With over 20 years in software, engineering, and applied technology—from solving complex mechanical systems to shaping executive AI strategy at Kellogg—he has built a career translating complexity into clarity.

Today, his mission is simple in purpose, powerful in impact: E-men is a Bridge.

This bridge is built on a foundation of rigorous engineering and a commitment to lifelong learning:

• SDSU Alumnus: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. level coursework in Computer Science.

• Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management: Executive Education Certification in Artificial Intelligence.

• Assistive Technology Professional (ATP): Pursuing candidate status to deepen support for digital accessibility and AAC tools.

• UCSD Mentor: Long-term advisor and coach to IGE startup founders and technical teams through the UC San Diego Entrepreneur Programs.

Since the late 2000s, E-men has served as a Technology Instructor in San Diego, helping individuals, seniors, children and families with special needs reclaim their digital independence. He supports cybersecurity recovery, simplifies everyday device use, and introduces practical AI tools that improve daily life, and more.

From mobile security to accessibility solutions, his approach is always easy to understand:
